1. Where do you ship from?

We ship all orders from our UK distribution partners.
Delivery is available to all locations within the United Kingdom.


2. How long does delivery take?

Our standard UK delivery time is:

3–7 business days after dispatch.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days (Mon–Sat).


3. Do you offer order tracking?

Yes.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can use this to follow your delivery in real time.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update or cancel it.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes cannot be made.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

7. Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.


8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


9. Are your products new?

Yes, all products sold on Zorvathryne are brand new and come in original packaging.


10. Is checkout secure?

Yes.
All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment partners.
We do not store or have access to your full card details.


11. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit and credit cards.
Additional payment methods may appear at checkout depending on availability.


12. Do you ship outside the UK?
